Recreational Flag Football is a league for players that are looking to learn the fundamental basics of football. Teams practice one hour a week and play weekly games. All coaches will be provided sport training and curriculum. Families have the opportunity to request coaches and friends to enhance the social experience.

• Ages: 4 yrs-5th grade boys and girls
  
• Practice: Once a week for an hour (M, Tu) 
  
• Game days: 7 game days - Saturdays 
  
• Seasons: 8 weeks; spring and fall seasons
  
• Registration fee: $150 
  
• Cost includes: practice shirt, 2 game jerseys, shorts, socks, flag belt, and award
• Equipment needed: footwear, football
