Our leagues are designed to fit a variety of skill levels and abilities from beginner to advanced players.
Introductory basketball focuses on fun, friends, and physical activity. Coaches will teach recreational players the foundational skills of the game. Teams practice one hour a week and play weekly games with highly modified and developmentally appropriate rules on Saturdays. This fun and low-pressure environment allows families the opportunity to request coaches and friends to enhance the social experience.
Programs vary by location
Foundational basketball is designed for experienced players to develop and strengthen their skills. Teams practice 60-90 minutes a week (campus dependent) and play weekly games with traditional rules on Saturdays. Families have the opportunity to request coaches and friends to enhance the social experience.
Academy basketball is our most competitive league where players train to improve their game and compete against other programs at the state level. Teams have a 60 minute practice and a 90 minute skills workout weekly and play weekly games with traditional rules against other programs on Saturdays.
