Frequently Asked Questions
Basketball was a strong program and served families well, but it operated differently than our other sports. It required renting outside facilities, additional staffing, and only ran during the summer for non-Peoria locations, which made long-term consistency difficult. After evaluating sustainability and impact, we determined that basketball required more resources than we could reasonably support.
This will take effect starting Summer 2026.
CCV offers Summer Camps for children in grades 4th–12th. CCV Stars also offers 3v3 soccer tournaments during the summer months.
There are no plans to bring basketball back at this time.
