Recreational Flag Football is a league for players that are looking to learn the fundamental basics of football. Teams practice one hour a week and play weekly games on Friday nights. All coaches will be provided sport training and curriculum. Families have the opportunity to request coaches and friends to enhance the social experience.

• Ages: Kinder – 6^th grade boys and girls
  
• Practice: Once a week for an hour Mon - Wed
  
• Game days: 8 Friday game days
  
• Seasons: 9-10 weeks; spring and fall seasons
  
• Registration fee: $115 
  
• Cost includes: practice shirt, 2 game jerseys, shorts, socks, mouthpiece, flag belt, and award
• Equipment needed: footwear, football
