CCV Stars Peoria Club Soccer & E64 Girls/ECNL Boys
PLEASE REGISTER BELOW IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO TRYOUT AT CCV STARS.
Dates:
- U7-U10 (birth years 2018-2015) will begin 4/22
- U11-U19 (birth years 2014-2006) will begin 4/29
- Detailed tryout schedules will be available HERE
- There will be three tryouts for each age group
Cost: One time fee of $10
- Each age group will have multiple tryout dates but you only need to register one time
- **If you are unable to register online or plan to register at tryouts please complete and bring this form with a parent signature and payment**
- Please report to the Info Tent at first tryout to receive your shirt and field location.
- All sessions are 60-90 minutes, depending on age group
- We strongly encourage players to attend as many sessions in their age group as possible
- Registration includes a tryout t-shirt - available at the fields prior to your first tryout attendance
