Ashley Wooldridge

Ashley is the Senior Pastor of Christ’s Church of the Valley, pursuing the vision to win the valley for Christ. Ashley is an empowering leader who provides inspirational teaching and visionary leadership.

He has a passion for healthy church and organizational culture and works with a gifted Executive Team to shape the future direction of CCV. He holds a BA from Pacific Christian College, an MBA from Keller Graduate School, and has studied theology at Fuller Theological Seminary.

He and his wife, Jaime, have three girls and love to see marriages and families thrive.

Tony Burgarello

Tony serves as an Executive Pastor at Christ’s Church of the Valley, where he leads CCV Campus Teams, Campus expansion and Administration & Finance. Tony’s focus is on leading CCV campus teams and developing future CCV locations. He has a BS in Business from Arizona State University and 20 years of leadership experience in construction and finance. He and his wife, Cindy, have four adult children who were raised at CCV over the past 26 years. Tony and Cindy are passionate about the local church and investing in young families and marriages.

Ben Gowell

Ben serves as an Executive Pastor at Christ's Church of the Valley, where he leads the Worship, Production, Media Arts, Marketing & Communications, Interactive Technology, and Next Gen ministry teams. He has an extensive background in the professional music industry and world of creative arts and has served as a worship leader and pastor in the local church for the past 20 years. Ben has a strong passion for creating and maintaining healthy culture. He believes the church should be leading the way in shaping culture through authentic worship and creative expression that points people to Jesus. Ben and his wife, Jen, live in North Phoenix along with their two children.

Jeff Osborne

Jeff serves as an Executive Pastor at Christ’s Church of the Valley, where he stewards the Leadership Institute, staff leadership development, talent & culture development, stewardship/generosity and strategic planning. He holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and has held CEO and senior executive leadership roles for public and private companies in healthcare, consulting, technology, outsourcing and aerospace industries. He and his wife Pam have been married for 27 years and have three children. Jeff is passionate about leadership, culture, generosity, marriages and the intersection of business leadership and faith.

Tony serves as an Executive Pastor at Christ’s Church of the Valley, where he leads CCV Campus Teams, Campus Development, Launch & Operations, Finance, and Missions. He works with the real estate and construction industries to expand the reach of CCV and develop future locations.

Tony has a BS in Business from Arizona State University and 30 years of leadership experience in construction and finance.

He and his wife, Cindy, have four adult children who were raised at CCV, and are passionate about the local church and investing in families and marriages.

Ben serves as an Executive Pastor at Christ’s Church of the Valley, overseeing the Worship, Production, Media Arts, Marketing & Communications, Interactive Technologies, and the Next Gen Ministry Teams.

He has a BS in Performance Arts from North Central University and has had an extensive career in the professional music and touring industry.

Ben and his wife, Jen, have two children and have been pastoring the local church for over 20 years. Together, they have a passion for creating and maintaining healthy culture, and they believe the church should pioneer the transformation of culture through authentic worship and creative expression centered around Jesus.

Jeff serves as an Executive Pastor at Christ’s Church of the Valley, where he leads Talent & Culture, Stewardship & Generosity, Adult Ministries, Staff Development, Leadership Institute/Residency Program, Purchasing, Security, and Information Technology.

He holds a BSE in Electrical Engineering from Arizona State University and has held CEO and Senior Executive Leadership roles for public and private companies in the healthcare, consulting, technology, outsourcing, and aerospace industries.

Jeff and his wife, Pam, have three adult children that they love spending time with. Jeff is passionate about marriages, generosity, culture, and the intersection of business leadership and faith.
